Night 30

And then, the work begins

Readings

The last night. Cavafy tells you that Ithaka was never the point -- the journey was. Bradbury writes about writing the way other people write about falling in love: with urgency, hunger, and the insistence that you start tonight. Then he gives you a story about a boy with a drum on the eve of battle, carrying the only instrument he has into something enormous. The program ends where it began -- with the question of what you'll do next.

Journal entry coming soon.
